I've just opened a Stall, within Newport Indoor Market, selling various Himalayan Salt Lamps and products, Incense Sticks, Fragrance Oils, Scented Candles, Reed Diffusers, Rose Crystals, Wind Chimes, Anne Stokes Pictures and lots more besides.

I also give Tarot Readings and Mini Reiki Healing Tasters.

Tarot cards have been used for centuries and once had bad press but are now recognized as a great tool for self discovery and growth, giving you more direction and clarity. A reading can help you to be aware of your options or overview a situation that you might be needing a little more guidance for at the moment. They are not fortune telling or warning of impending doom. I use them for positive affirmation and direction. They are a mirror to your innermost world.

Reiki is a calm energy. The word itself means Life Force. When you are feeling tired and out of energy Reiki can help to replenish that battery. Like plugging in your mobile phone to re charge. Over the course of a lifetime you go through so many issues, ups and downs. These tend to stay with you and you carry them around like heavy shopping bags, everywhere you go. Reiki helps you to release those bags, let them go so that you can move forward feeling lighter.

I'm a Reiki 3 Master and Self Taught Tarot Reader. I have also trained to use my Sixth Sense Awareness to connect psychically and communicate with the Spirit World. This does not mean that I am connecting with or reading people constantly. Only when I Tune In and want to do so. I do use my intuition as a guide to direct me though. We should all follow our instincts but often ignore the warning signs.

When I talk about the spirit world, I mean that incredible 'Love Attachment' we have with those people, pets, family, friends and acquaintances, that have been a part of our life. Those we have touched along our path, in this lifetime, remain alongside to guide, love and inspire us, until we join them one day.

This is very much a part of who I am. I used to see spirit people when I was a child but didn't understand it. Having been told there was no one there, by my parents, I dismissed it until much later in life when it all came back to me through a personal tragedy. I then went on a path of learning about this great connection and healing ability, that we all have. It's up to you if you want to investigate it or not believe it at all. However, we do all have the ability to heal our self and one another and we do all join that spirit energy upon leaving our physical body.
