Newport residents, well anyone really are again invited to spread festive cheer this year by standing on their doorsteps to ring a bell on Christmas Eve at 6pm for 2 minutes. Let’s ring our bells to help guide Santa and celebrate Christmas. It really doesn’t matter what type of bell it is either. Last year 100’s of people took to their doorsteps/street to ring their bells with family and friends. It’s a great way for our communities to join together to create a wonderful memory for the kids and community. Town Criers around the world will be ringing their bells loudly, why not get involved and join them. We can end 2021 with some real magic, hope and togetherness.
