how to get in touch

Sambrook Manor, Sambrook Village, Shropshire, TF10 8AL

Sambrook Manor Bed & Breakfast is situated amongst some of the most beautiful countryside around near Newport, Shropshire in the heart of England.  A great location, because we are just a stones  throw away from many famous attractions such a Ironbridge, Hawkstone Park & Follies, Cosford air museum, Severn Valley steam railway, Drayton  Manor park & the Potteries to name just a few.  Our location is close to  many old market towns with historic buildings and interesting shops.

Sambrook it's self is a lovely little village in the Shropshire countryside and is surrounded by farmland.  The garden of the Bed & Breakfast boasts the best view in the village over looking grassy fields with a river running by.  The perfect place to relax in the evening sun.  A short amble into the village you will find the Three Horse Shoes, they do excellent home cooked meals.

Business customers are in easy reach of Harper Adams agricultural college, Lilleshall National sports centre, Telford, Weston Park and easy access to the M6 and M54.

Sambrook Manor  B&B is a small family business run by Eileen Mitchell.  Eileen has run the bed & breakfast from the manor farmhouse for a number of years.

The central heating for the B&B is run from a carbon neutral waste woodburner so you can enjoy a relaxing and eco friendly break.

Still a working farm Sambrook Manor's main enterprises are beef cattle, breeding ewes and arable crops.  There are free range hens on the farm which provide eggs for the bed & breakfast guests.  The farm is also part of the countyside stewardship scheme which encourages farmers to look after the local wildlife.  Enjoy breakfast in the farmhouse conservatory and look out over the beautiful garden and grassy fields where the cows and sheep graze and where nature spotters will enjoy the wide variety of bird & animal life which is on offer.

The gardens at Sambrook Manor are Eileen's passion and an absolute pleasure to walk around, they include mixed herbaceous boarders, a pool and other garden features.  A gate at the bottom of the garden leads to a pleasant walk down to the stream at the bottom and past many unusual shrubs & trees. All guests are more than welcome to stroll around the gardens. The gardens are also opened as part of the National Garden scheme and also The Historic churches trust.
