Vehicle theft is a growing problem

in the UK and

across Europe, the Scorpion Track 5 product is there

when your vehicle is most vulnerable.

The system is an advanced GPS tracking unit enhanced

with the facility to remotely prevent the vehicle from

being driven but, more importantly, alert the Secure

Operating Centre in the event that the vehicle is taken

following a key theft.

The unit is complemented by two piano-black driver

recognition cards. These are discreet and rechargeable

and should the vehicle be moved without one of these

cards being present, the Scorpion Track 5 unit will

send an alert to

Scorpion’s secure operating centre

who, in turn, will contact you to confirm whether or

not a theft has taken place.

The Scorpion Track 5 is

a sophisticated GPS tracking

system

that has been awarded theThatchamCategory

5 accreditation. And vehicles protected can be viewed

online to see their exact location.

If you would like to find out more,

give us a call

and

we will discuss the options available for your vehicle.

Green award for Primary School

Reaping the rewards from their efforts,

Church Eaton

School

pupils and supporters were delighted to have

their hard work recognised by being announced as

the winners of the prestigious Green Award from

Stafford Borough Council. The school was announced

as

winners in the Youth and Education category

for

its allotment and conservation area. The presentation

at The Gatehouse Theatre was attended by year 6

pupils and teacher Mrs Bryant where they received a

certificate and a cheque for £100 from the Mayor of

Stafford, Peter Jones.

The awards are given to organizations demonstrating

an active commitment to good environmental

practice and sustainable development. Head teacher

Simon Shaw said ‘This award is in recognition of all

the hard work that has been done. We will use the

money to further enhance the area.’

The school beat dozens of other highly regarded

local schools, testament to how hard the school has

worked to create an outdoor area where children

can learn to grow fruit and vegetables. The produce

is then taken to the school kitchen, where children

learn different ways to use their fresh produce.

The school pupils also enjoy the benefits of learning

about nature and wildlife as the school has a dipping

pond and has recently introduced the children to

chicken-keeping and therefore egg-collecting.

The school was awarded

OFSTED ‘GOOD’ in 2015

.

Pre-reception and Reception places are available at

this nurturing, rural school where pupils thrive in a

caring environment with strong values.
