Pay and play semi-structured sessions that are co-ordinated but
not coached at Lilleshall National Sports Centre, Monday’s 6.30pm
- 730pm, £2 per session. Sociable and fun way to get fit - just grab
a racket, rally around friends and head on court.

A small friendly, mixed choir founded 30 years ago in Newport. We
rehearse Tuesday evenings at 7pm at Trinity Church, Wellington
Rd, Newport. We sing a light style of music. If you would like to
