Lego Marvel Avengers
Available on multiple platforms - RRP £30-£40
It’s time to suit up and face a colourful array of villains
by controling your favourite Marvel superheroes.
In another of the entertaining series of Lego-based
computer games, this platform puzzler allows you
to play as animated versions of Lego characters,
including Captain America, Thor, Iron Man and Hulk.
This the first console videogame to feature characters
and storylines based on the critically-acclaimed films -
Marvel’s The Avengers Assemble and the blockbuster
sequel Avengers: Age of Ultron.
Play as some of the planet’s favourite heroes as they
strive to save the world. Relive some of the greatest
moments from the Marvel Cinematic brand, including
the Battle of New York between the heroes and Super
Villain Loki as seen in Marvel’s The Avengers Assemble.
Play with new and enhanced powers and abilities.
You can team up with core Avengers to perform
combo moves. Free Roam Gameplay allows heroes
to collect gold bricks, studs, and unlock additional
characters.
As with other Lego games, which have included
those based on Bat Man, Star Wars and Indiana Jones,
the action is tongue-in-cheek and violent scenes
become merely exercises is smashing apart ‘plastic
bricks’ that can easily be reassembled. Great fun for
all the family.
