Happy New Year to my Three Wisemen

Happy New Year! I know Christmas is over but I
thought I would tell you my version of the three wise
men, (After all, they did arrive late to the party).
My Three Wise men are quite astonishing. All three
aged between 76yrs and 85yrs are not showing any
sign of slowing up. All play tennis regularly together
in their local tennis club. Not surprisingly, as in any
highly competitive sporting group they sustain
injuries from time to time. What makes them wise in
my view is they’ve all been to see me for treatment,
and are learning lots about injury rehab.
Mr Balthazar, has been suffering with a very nasty;
longstanding chronic Hamstring tear, which I have
been treating with electromagnetic heat (PSWD),
ultrasound, massage and stretches. He’s nearly there
and is off skiing next!!
Mr Caspar, came next with an acute Calf muscle strain,
2 doses of ultrasound, some soft tissue work and
stretches later and he was fully recovered.
Mr Melchior, came last with a classic case of Tennis
Elbow;his treatment has involved local sports
massage, ultrasound and Acupuncture and he is
responding well.
So whatever your age, sport or injury be a Wiseman
and come for treatment
