Santa’s sleigh is back!!
He really missed putting a smile on everyone’s faces, brightening up Newport and the villages, and raising some money for good causes. He needs to be Covid-secure so he will be in half a dozen specific places this year rather than touring the streets. Please come and have a laugh, get some Santa selfies, and (if you can) give us a donation for local good causes. We lost 80% of our income during lockdown so haven’t been able to help the Newport area as much as we usually do - please help us to help others.
So if you want to see Santa (or Mrs Claus) and their sleigh they will be at:
Friday 26th November - in the Newport Christmas Lights Switch On parade
Saturday 4th December - outside the Sutherland Arms, Tibberton 1000-1200, then Edgmond outside the Village Hall 1230-1430
Sunday 5th December - Waitrose 1000-1600
Saturday 11th December - Newport, The Square 1000-1400
Sunday 12th Dec - Lilleshall, in the carpark next to the school 1000-1200, then Church Aston, car park by village hall 1230-1430
Saturday 18th December - Waitrose 1000-1600
Sunday 19th December - Newport, the Square 1000-1400
