Over 11 months ago Pulse Fitness Studio opened its doors at The Ballroom in Newport. Yesterday Nick and Diane Jeggo officially launched the Vibe Cycle Training Centre, train the trainer. Nicky said 'I am really pleased to be the only Train the Trainer Centre in Shropshire.'
As a Pay As Go Fitness Studio Pulse offers group exercise sessions for everyone, from Kettlebells and Zumba to Clubbercise and Pliaties. They have now opened another studio within the building as a Spinning Studio for indoor cycling classes.
They have 14 classes per week for the cycle Studio from morning to evening! One of the styles of spinning classes they offer is Vibe Cycle which is one of the latest trends
