At Home Instead Market Drayton, Newport & Wellington, we understand that people are happiest and most comfortable in their own homes. Our mission is to support individuals across Shropshire to remain living independently for as long as possible, with personalised, high-quality home care tailored to each person’s needs.
We specialise in all aspects of care, including dementia care, personal care, companionship care, and home help services. We are proud to be one of the few home care providers in Shropshire rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), and we are also highly rated on homecare.co.uk by clients and their families.
Unlike many care agencies, we provide a minimum one-hour visit, allowing us to focus on meaningful, unhurried care rather than rushed tasks. Our emphasis is on companionship and continuity. Each Care Professional is carefully matched to clients based on interests and personality, helping to build genuine relationships and trust. We also ensure every Care Professional is introduced beforehand, so clients always feel comfortable and familiar with the person supporting them.
