Hybrid Approach - Learn Kickboxing, Kung Fu, Ju Jitsu and Filipino Martial Arts. Develop self-defence techniques, adaptable to suit varying abilities. Our professional Coaches are fully insured, DBS Enhanced Checked and First Aid trained.

Every Monday. Class times 6pm-7pm for Children (Aged 4yrs-15yrs) and 7pm-8pm for Adults (Aged 16yrs+). Other locations available, please view our website for further details.
Weekend: Closed Saturday and Sunday.

DISCOVER THE BENEFITS OF LEARNING MARTIAL ARTS WITH US: -
- Hybrid Approach: We combine elements of Kickboxing, Kung Fu, Ju Jitsu and Filipino Martial Arts styles, to create a well-rounded dynamic training experience.
- Our classes enhance confidence-building, focus and self-defence skills, within a fun, supportive environment.
- Character Development: Beyond physical skills, they emphasise values such as respect, perseverance and teamwork.
- Tuition is provided by their professional Coaching Team who are fully insured, first aid trained and hold Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Services) disclosures.
Classes are held at the SS. Peter and Paul Parish Hall, every Monday evening: -
- From 6pm-7pm for children aged 4 to 15
- From 7pm-8pm for adults aged 16+
