A free event for people who wear NHS hearing aids is being held at Newport Baptist Church, Water Lane, Newport, TF10 7LD.
The Effective Hearing Programme, run by Shropshire RCC in conjunction with NHS Audiology, will take place on Wednesday 16th November from 9.30am-1pm.
The event is open to anyone in the area who wears an NHS hearing aid. Useful tips, resources, encouragement, support and practical help will be shared. Hearing aid users are also encouraged to bring a family member or friend with them as the course also covers communicating well with others. Refreshments are provided.
A recent attendee commented: ‘Thank you for an excellent programme, well presented. Good to speak to someone who understands.’
