One of the region’s leading estate agents is celebrating success following the appointment of a highly-skilled member of staff who has recently returned to her Shropshire roots.
Shropshire-based Foden Property has appointed Katie Hatten as its new Branch Manager of the Newport office, which will see her undertake evaluations of the firm’s wide portfolio of properties, manage the training and development of new staff, as well as oversee the smooth-running of all services.
Shropshire born and bred, Katie studied her degree in business and law in Southampton before developing a successful career in London which saw her involved in the sale of high-end commercial properties and restaurants and bars, as well as time as a Branch Manager at an estate agency in Ruislip, Middlesex. The new role has enabled Katie to return to her native Shropshire where she will be able to use her in-depth experience and knowledge to support the firm’s clients through the buying and selling process.
