We are an Online Business of our own branded items which include Home furniture children’s toys and outdoor items, where everything that we do is to ensure that we exceed the consumer expectations and deliver a true Wow experience for every single transaction.
Teamson based in Newport Shropshire was formed in March 2017 by Charlotte Pavard and Gary Woods, Our small but focussed team of 12 local based individuals, work from our Newport Shropshire office, they are a driven and highly skilled team, who always thrive to learn new skills and go above and beyond on a daily basis, without their loyalty and hard work of course this opportunity to win such an award would not be happening.
In addition to our own websites we work with most of the major Europe’s online retailers. Our products are sold daily into the UK, Germany France, Italy, Spain and many other countries.
We have warehouses in the UK and the Netherlands. These warehouses are fully integrated with our internal software and our shipping partners, thus ensuring that even at peak season we maintain our service levels and promise dates to all our customers.
As part of our consumer interaction we manage extensive social media campaigns encouraging consumer feedback, suggestions and interaction. We use the knowledge and insight gained to ensure that we maintain the ‘WOW’ factor and to ensure that our product offering remains on trend and of course competitively priced.
Since 2017 when we formed the business our growth has been considerable, achieving over 200% year on year, this is down to the efforts of our hard-working team, company strategy, market knowledge, loyal retail partners, great value items, and of course our very loyal and ever-expanding customer base.
