Bringing over 15 years of HR experience across Staffordshire and the East Midlands, Sarah specializes in Employee Relations and Wellbeing. She will be advising businesses on performance management, organizational change, leadership coaching, and shaping workplace culture.
Sara Omarzai | Learning & Development and Workplace Wellbeing Associate
Sara will focus on developing and delivering practical learning initiatives, with a strong emphasis on manager capability and workplace mental health.
